Learning in academic institutions & using this learning to contribute to society through gainful employment, though are essential, yet require different set of skills & attitude.

The challenge becomes daunting for vocational school pass outs because of their young age & pressure to perform early on.  This module focuses on the essentials that will help them spread their wings for a smooth transition from academics to real world.

Objective

• Sensitise the learners on requirements that potential employers look for

• Help them perform to their potential in interviews

• Provide counsel for further study, employment, other avenues
