Benchmarking means “improving by learning from others”. The purpose of benchmarking is to improve performance or services by identifying where changes can be made in either what is done or how things are done.

This training workshop focuses on process benchmarking.

Through benchmarking organizations evaluate various aspects of their processes in relation to best practice, usually within their own sector.
