Introductory note |
Intrapreneurship is the practice of entrepreneurial skills and approaches within a company. Corporate entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship is to promote innovation or introduce new products or services or markets in existing firms. What makes entrepreneurship distinctive is its focus on realization of opportunity, where manager is focused on the best way to operate existing hierarchies. Both share an interest in achieving "profit" in some form. |
