Mr. Sanjeev K. Dhawan (B.E. from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur) is an improvement enthusiast with wide range of techno-commercial experience and a strong commitment to the use of creative and innovative methods.

He has served the corporate sector (leading Indian & multinational business organisations) for 25 years in varied roles as business/ function head, consultant, leader/ facilitator of change and trainer.

He has been traveling on business assignments to USA, Europe, East Asia and South East Asia and is very well received for his ability to connect to the audience and elicit their involvement. His high energy levels, motivation and good command over both English and Hindi form the right combination to facilitate enthusiastic participation & learning absorption in training sessions. Mr. Dhawan is among the pioneers and a strong advocate of ‘Techno- Behavioural’ training that yield enhanced results to organisations and individuals in terms of recall and applicability of learning. His expertise includes the following: Behavioural (Self and Change Management), Creativity & Innovation, Lean Management/ TQM initiatives, Operating level Skill Building. His passion for improving on the “status quo” has led to the conception and establishment of in_cr_ove , an organisation dedicated to providing creative training and consulting services to the corporate sector and consistently adding value to business.

Ms. Ritu Rawat is passionate about training and development. She has contributed to people improvement throughout her career in the corporate sector and in NGOs. She has completed her Masters in Management Studies (Human Resources & Systems) from School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. She also has to her credit a Diploma in Foreign Languages (Spanish) from Delhi University. Proficient in English and Hindi, she is adept in delivering the most powerful idea wrapped in simplicity and through creative methods. It is her people bonding skills and empathy that make her a hit with the people. Her core areas are training programmes with focus on behavioural, creativity & operating level skill building. She is a creative person & has developed training contents for variety of subjects.
