Mr. Sanjeev K. Dhawan, B.E. from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (now Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology), Nagpur, is an improvement enthusiast with wide range of techno-commercial experience and a strong commitment to the use of creative and innovative methods. He has served the corporate sector (leading Indian & multinational business organisations) for 25 years in varied roles as business/ function head, consultant, leader/ facilitator of change and trainer.

He has been travelling on business assignments to USA, Europe, East Asia and South East Asia and is very well received for his ability to connect to the audience and elicit their involvement.

She also has to her credit a Diploma in Foreign Languages (Spanish) from Delhi University, Proficient in English and Hindi, she is adept in delivering the most powerful idea wrapped in simplicity and through creative methods. It is her people bonding skills and empathy that make her a hit with the people. Her core areas are training programmes with focus on behavioural, creativity & operating level skill building. She is a creative person & has developed training contents for variety of subjects and has contributed many articles. She is the brain behind in_cr_ove newsletter that now reaches more than 3000 professionals.

Mr. Pankaj Shanker, a graduate in Communications from University of Western Sydney (UWS) and MBA from University of Western Sydney, Australia is a Corporate Trainer who lived in Australia for 25 years before moving to India.

He is among the pioneers of a bilingual methodology approach to program structure and spearheaded a reflexive communication training program to bridge the gap between traditional organizational structure current day market demands.

A Young and Dynamic Trainer, he is capable of holding his audience through his personality and by drawing an instant connection with his audience.
